Gold Standard

I dont have much of a problem with the diplomacy in general.  I know it will be worked on for a couple years.

But a piece of your gold only being worth 1/2 piece of gold in a trade is a little whacky.  That just blows the whole cover off the AI.  A couple points off the top in tech trading is cool, but dont tell me my golds only 50% pure.

That only pooped up in the last couple betas.
