[1.0][Spoilers] Campaign Easteregg?

Good Morning

So I'm in chapter 5 and just obtained the ability to build transports. Thus I decided to do some exploring...

Found something interesting, but not sure how to interact with it....if I'm supposed to.

Right in the very bottom left corner of the map, there is a 1-square landable island with a man just standing offshore entitled "Minor Sovereign". Just a little level 1 dude with no items.

Thought I'd be able to trade with him or something....

Is there something I'm missing here with this guy??

I think that's just a trick they're using to keep the enemy AI faction unkillable (as long as they have a sov their faction remains). I wouldn't kill that guy if I was you.

I found him too, I don't think he can be killed, if he can someone do it and report what happens. XD
