[1.0][BUG] Blood Sigil causes combat to hang

Blood Sigil still causes tactical combat to hang.  Clicking Auto-Resolve is the only way to continue.

Still a problem in 1.0.2 Each time I am attacked when I have Blood Sigil up, combat hangs.  It seems to be expecting me to select a target for the Wither spell, but no units are selectable.

Fixed, thanks.

It wasnt the targeting, it was the casting time on the Wither spell that was confusing the game.
