Help with my mod

I am in need to help with my second mod that is in the works. Is it possible to teleport to a place that in not on a the map. What I am trying to do is have the ability to go ti a pocket world sort of thing.

I doubt its doable but its worth asking about.

Other than spawning a quest and going to tactical battle, not afaik.

What about teleporting to a place that is on the map?

I think you need to be in a scenario to teleport to forced specific locations (actually I'm not sure you can it there either). Of course you can always have the player teleport to a location of their choosing as well.
