Panthers need to be viewed as more dangerous than they are.

Simply put, unless I tactical combat, panthers will take out a champion every time in quick combat.
In tactical combat they're not so bad, but quick combat I suspect they give the AI fits.
I have yet to see any unit that has more movement points, and well levelled, their attacks can be outright dangerous. They're perfect, in my army from being tamed, for going after enemy archers ... there is simply nowhere to run, lol.
