1.0 [Bug] Shadow bolt not affected by + spell damage.

Hi there.

 

On my current death magic mage character, the tool tip for shadow bolt reads that its spose to do 25 damage. However it will only ever do 10 damage. Which is the 4 + 1 damage per level that it starts off as.

 

This is with a level 6 hero, with warlock +50% spell damage, Path of the mage +50% spell damage and Evoker II , +25% spell damage.

 

Since this mage only has death magic and shadow bolt as a damage spell, i'm unsure if this bug effects any other spells.

 

Would be nice to have this fixed.

Having the same issue, 17lvl mage focused character, tooltip says I should do 40ish points of damage, I do 21, even though I have +50 from my staff + 50 from path of mage and +25 from evoker :P
