Does not put blindness into the spell menu and no way to use it.
I've been able to use it in tatical battles. By chance do you have any screen shots of the problem? (You can post screenshots using an image hosting site or dropbox)
Ok but what should i take screenshots of? it just does not show up in spell casting list should i forward a picture of cloak and the casting list?
The cloak should be visible on your character in tatical battles. But a details screen of your character wearing the cloak and the fact that it's not in the spell menu would be sufficient. By the way is your quickbar menu already full?
Abilities you get from items are under the Skills menu, they arent spells. Sorry for the confusion.
The blindness spell for the cloak is found in the "skill" menu in tatical battle, not spells. It is in skills since it has no mana costs when used with the cloak.
