[1.00] random start

I got but one easy request for 1.01 allow random start.

Usually I spend half an hour pondering on WHO will I be playing tonight - I swear I got some decision making constraint in that aspect.

If there would be an option to randomly select one of the existing sovereing and decide remaining settings based on previous game, effectively starting a game with two clicks (new game -> random start)

please

If you are not happy with your exact starting location, press Ctrl-N in-game. This will generate a new map with the same settings and faction.

Edit: Ah, I see. You wish to play a random sovereign. Yeah, that's a good idea I think. Could be a medallion like a "?" where we select sovereigns.

Both premade and custom I hope.

I agree, a "Give me a random sovereign" button would be nice.

In a related request It would be great if you could create a random hero and random faction. I love playing with the cards I'm dealt.

That would be a little too much....

completely random sovereign would be too inefficient probably - there is just too many variants, and the available list is long enough (especially with HF mod) plus you could always extned it if you fancy custom sov.

for now for me the list is too long, I cannot decide whether to play Verga (for those juggernauts) or Ceresa (for the spiders) or maybe gilden (for the golems) arrrgh... ;)

Yeah, I requested this feature back in 0.951. Maybe it's on their to-do list for 1.1 ??
