city level up locks me so I can't look at any other cities

This is not a new request by far, but this has yet to make it into a build. Let me see city details and compare to other cities when making city specialization choices. This has been asked for on each build I can remember. Especially on larger games I don't have every city name memorized and don't necessarily remember what I was moving towards for a specialization. I know this has been asked for over and over again, would be nice to see it happen.

That's a repost from April. I asked about it in February and January too. Never got fixed, still in the final product. Make me choose before I can advance the turn button or whatever but dammit let me see specifics on that city and compare it to the rest of my cities. I like the game but this is 10 months after the topic was brought up  again and again.
