Log In Problem

I can't Log in with this game... The request has timed out... Same message keeps on coming. I have tried many times, account username and password are correct. Stardock account works very well on my browser by using same data. I just can't find the reason why the game can't accept my login. Maybe too many people are tryng to connect?

Did you enter in your serial key? It's been so long, I forget if this is asked in the same screen or not? You can find that on the download page, just to the left of the download button.
