[0992 Bug] Tactical Combat Lockup AI Side

Hi Brad - tactical combat locked up on AI unit, wouldn't continue nor if I auto-played. Had to autoresolve to get out of the combat. Here's the most current save & debug. Autoresolve ended in a loss for me, which was devastating.

This is the locked up screenshot. Right after this I hit autoplay, it did nothing, so then hit autoresolve to get out.

Same thing happened to me also. It locked up on the AI's turn with the "oppressor" character as the active combatant. I ended up having to kill the game with the "task manager". It was a large city battle with about 20+ units in play.
