[BUG] Saved created factions lose their second color, defaults to white

I have noticed this since the days of WoM.  Often when you start a game with a previously created nation, one that you have played with previously, not a brand new created one, their second color turns to white.  It's annoying as shit, and when I open up the file to change the color, I don't even see an entry for a second color anywhere.  Please fix this please.

When loading a game, the primary color reverts to the default of dark gray (playing kingdom). I've mentioned this bug so many times in WOM and it still hasn't been fixed. At least in WOM, it retained the colors for a full game and changed when you used the faction again. In FE, it's random as to which load is going to change the colors (a fresh load, don't know if it happens with a load from within the game). Lord Xia, thanks for mentioning this. I was beginning to think it was only happening to me! 8C

I was getting this bug last week as well, but I haven't been able to replicate it after half a dozen save/restart/reloads, maybe this was fixed in today's beta patch?

Can anyone confirm if the secondary clothes color on custom is still occasionally reverting to gray in any of their games? It was really annoying.

I'd love to see this fixed too.  My experience has been always that starting a different game with the same faction results in this.

In the meantime you can get back your secondary clothing colour, and the primary and secondary building colours if you want them by opening up the faction xml and adding the following.

  <BuildingPrimaryColor>0,255,170,255</BuildingPrimaryColor>

  <BuildingSecondaryColor>237,145,84,255</BuildingSecondaryColor>

   <UnitClothing2Color>0,255,170,255</UnitClothing2Color>

The first 3 numbers are those you get from the colour picker in the order they are displayed.

Kael, can we please fix this so I and others don't have to go in manually and add the second color back. please?

You have to go back and add the second color manually every time you use the nation!  Please, two years I have asked for this to be fixed, please.

I use white for my primary color and that defaults back to gray. The colors haven't changed lately on reloads of the same game, for me. Don't use a faction twice anymore as I figure the colors will be wrong. Which means I have to make a custom sov every game also. Derek said he put this on the bug list but didn't say "fixed" like he does with other bugs. So I guess it's still not a priority.  >:( I know how frustrated you are, Xia, I've been complaining since WOM also. Why fix floating waterfalls before this? Seems like all this requires is a few lines in the xml!!
