This set of changes includes armor changes (corearmor.xml) and weapon changes (coreweapons.xml). As usual a few things may be subjective and I'm sure I've missed a thing or two. I would just attach this to the last one but it's a lot of stuff.
I made things bold/italic/underlined because that pastes in here from word, but the color red doesn't. Let me know if I can do anything to format this better so it's easier to use.

Also, I’m not sure why the plate helm says that it weighs less than a “standard plate helm”. Isn’t it a… plate helm?
And finally, consider revising the “Star Forged” set of armors to read “Star-Forged X” as the hyphen is more technically accurate. I didn’t want to post a change to any display names since these are the only ones needing adjustment under armors.
