[0.991][Bug] 'A Humble Inn' quest not triggering

I have the humble inn quest right next to my starting city at the beginning of a new game. It is listed as weak on the tooltip. Moving onto it on turn 2 or 3 with my sovereign does not trigger the quest. Nothing happens at all. I tried several times after reloading and it just isn't triggering.

I also have a hanging waterfall right next to my starting city as well so I can confirm that this isn't fixed in .991.

As far as the quest goes, you don't already have an active quest do you? If you do and it is the same quest, that is the desired effect. If you do have an active quest finish that one, and then try to move on the inn again.

 

As far as the waterfall goes, yep, they are still working on that. (Was in Frogboy's video - Day 7 thread)

No, as I mentioned, this happens at the very beginning of the game. Literally on turn 2 after founding my capital. So I didn't have any active quests at all.

Bugged for me also, I don't have a save though :(  At the time I didn't have any open quests.

Kael, Sorry, I forgot to mention that I emailed the save to [email protected] earlier this afternoon. It should be there. Same email title as this thread title.

Also, there was another Humble Inn quest nearby (medium difficulty this time) and it worked just fine. I think it must be the particular quest tied to that one. Hopefully the save helps you figure it out if you can locate it.
