[Bug] Roads lead to all faction cities on map?

Hi, enjoying new build.

I had just built my second city with trading tech unlocked and the road continues past both my original cities off into the FOW. I have no other outposts built. Just the two cities.

Did you make a trading treaty with another faction? In that case, both capitals are automatically connected by a road.
