[983 Bug] Killed boss, wildlands still wild

I killed Morian the Ruin of Summer and his wildlands are still wild. When I killed the fire god those wildlands all became green and grassy. What gives?

Also, sometimes when I load the game I have a quest to purify the lands or something, but it goes away after a few turns.

The save is from after I cleaned it out, don't have one from before.

I also went through and cleared off every lair and cache, still no dice.
