[Bug/Suggestion] Random Events Not Occurring Very Often, Even On "More Often" Setting.

Please fix this for the next version! Once in fifty turns should be good.

Is it is possible to have one roll for any random event, and then a roll for which particular random event (excluding those that have already happened in this game) rather than a roll for each separate random event?
