[.983][Bug]New Resource Appeared After I Ended Frist Turn

The tile Markin is standing on and the tile immediately south both changed values when I ended the first turn.  Both gained 1 food.

After I moved one square, look what showed up.

Not playing on dense resources.  The weird thing is those bees showed up out of nowhere.

had the same thing happen to me one game.

Not sure if it specifically happens only with the Apiary (like in my case and the example above) or if other resources can pop up too.

I confirm. Apiary and Gold mines may be added to the world in the beginning of the second turn.

And ALL "Lost libraries" (+20RP) are added to the world on the second turn.
