[1.00 BUG] "Guile" faction trait does not provide double influence for Legacy of Serrane caravans ... so either fix the tooltip or fix guile

I don't think it is meant to provide Double influence for Heroic Quests (too powerful) but if it doesn't double the influence you earn from Influence locations, that is a bug.

I think the key here is "normal" Influence.  So I take this to mean Influence obtained without traits but with normal Prestigious Locations.

It should work with Monument and prestigious locations, and the legacy trait I would think.  It should do something.

I hope they don't fix it by removing it from the game.  I really want to be able to build a custom faction that generates a ton of influence.

No I fixed it.  For whatever reason it was giving double the amount of trade value before.  Go figure.

haha ^_^, sometimes code are all messy I guess.
I do think I posted about Guile some time ago though :S Guess that was lost in the other threads.

I see that the monument now produces double influence but the Legacy of Serrane caravans are not. If that is the intent, then the "Guile" tool tip should read "monuments produce double the normal influence".

P.S.  I don't know if the Heroic quests are producing double influence.

Still exists in 1.00.  Please fix the tool tip or fix guile.
