Is it possible to fix the position of the faction strength score panel? I'm forever catching it with my mouse pointer and sliding it off screen without noticing, then I can't retrieve it when needed.
I think this is annoying, the UI needs to be able to be locked in place, good post

Uh-huh, I do this by mistake all the time. Making my interface fly around all over the screen 
Its called "Fat Fingers Syndrome" when you do all the stupid things... I think
