[BUG][0.992] PERSISTENT - Reward from killing Dragons not given to the winning sovereign

This is not a major bug, but it is quite frustrating:

when I kill a dragon (of any kind) i get a victory screen which at its bottom mentions a found item which is usually quite cool (as it should be, after all it's dragon treasure!)

however, when I click ok to finish the battle, the item is nowhere to be found - it's not in my sovereign's inventory, and it is not on the ground to be picked up

either I'm doing sth wrong or there is a bug hidden somewhere...

No, it is not fixed.  It shows the item at the bottom of the Battle Results Screen, but it never appears as Loot or in any inventory.  Needs to be fixed!

I havent been able to reproduce this, there is nothing particuarly different about draogn loot.  I wiped a whole map of dragons and it always gave me the item that was shown at the bottom of the battle results screen.

Giving out items after completing a quest isn't handled in the same way quests were before? What I mean is, before quest locations had a 0-99% chance to appear. Could item rewards be handled that way, too? (in this case ins2 just got unlucky)
