When evaluating what to build in a city, I will pick the big round city icon in the lower left corner. This will bring up the city stats. In the stats display there is an ok button to press. I assume I pick this when done looking at the stats. When I do this, I get kicked out of the build mode and the view stays looking down at the city.
I apologize if this issue has already been brought up. I did a search for this issue and nothing has come up.
