[.983 Bug] AI on top of lost temple

I just moved my unit and ran into Verga after uncovering the fog of war. He is in an army standing on top of a lost temple.

I thought that maybe the UI just hadden't updated yet and the lost temple would disappear next turn. But no:

I went on to take the lost temple myself and the goodie hut next to it.

Maybe it is just lost temples it can't collect?

It could have something to do with the temple and the AI being in the fog of war previously to me revealing them on top of the temple?
