[0.982] Enchanted Hammers has different icon in two places

In the city HUD visible on the strategic map directly, the Enchanted Hammer spell icon is a hammer with green waves flowing over it. In the City Details view, the icon is missing the hammer and consists only of the green waves.

Edit: On closer inspection, the hammer is still there but it is pitch black and very hard to see (in city details).
