982 Texture issues in research window

Textures are flickering around their borders in the research window when playing the game at 2560 * 1440.

That's a high resolution! Does it happen when you notch down the resolution? Did this happen prior to 982? What video card are you using?

I believe what the OP is referring to is the artifacting denoted in the following screenshots:

 

This is indeed a new issue on my end as well.

Are you running 2560 * 1440, too?

Can't say for sure if it was happening before 982, just that it was very noticeable when playing the most recent update. I've got a GTX 690.
