[.982 BUG] Map color icon still not updating to color selected

This mysterious map color thing has been here since War of Magic, and has never worked. I'm pretty sure that it's actually the skin color of the selected race, but why it's called the map color, why it's there, and why it can't be changed is a mystery that I asked many times and was never answered.

It isn't used for anything. I've removed it and added in new option to customize your factions skin and hair color.

Thank you! Thank you! I created a whole faction editor for this one feature (well that and I could create random factions with the click of a button).
