[.981 BUG] I don't think Focus is properly mutiplying damage x 2

Emperor Karavox can cast Blizzard for 21 damage.

Cast Focus.

Now Emperor Karavox can cast Blizzard for 33 damage.

 

 

 

 

You're probably going to tell me it only doubles the base spell.  Pfft!  Well it doesn't say that.

I find my fireballs unaffected anyways, so I stopped using focus.

the issue was actually with multi-turn spells combined with focus... that being said we weren't really happy with the way the spell has been working in general so we are going to pull/retool it to try and fit the same purpose with slightly different mechanics
