I am playing a long game as Altar and the old problems are back. I have met Resoln, but cannot see the empire on the empire list. I have researched the same agricultural tech twice but it does not register. Its probably memory related or something?
Do you need any more savegames with this problem, you have gotten several before.
All of the refined techs (like Refined Agriculture) are "infinite", they can be researched multiple times and give their benefit each time they are researched.
Not seeing Resoln in your empire list may be related to an issue that is fixed in the next patch where oyu can contact other factions form seeing their lands, but you wont be truely connected to them (so they wont show up in your faction list).
I thought the same thing with the agriculture, but figured it out. Maybe it needs a more noticeable tooltip saying it's repeatable? Then again, I could miss it if it was the only thing on the screen.
There is nothing saying it IS in fact repeatable, it should be obvious, and it should be easy to go seek how many of these I have already researched before, that's what I think anyways.

Well, I know it took me awhile to figure it out. I kept thinking, "Shit, didn't I just get done researching agriculture?" But it eventually dawned on me that it was repeatable. A tooltip or something saying it was repeatable would be helpful.
there's a "fix" coming that should make it more apparent that these techs can be researched multiple times
The interface will actually reflect it?
