[0.891][Bug] Run away option wrecks master Quest

If you choose the "run away" option in The Pit Of Voices quest you are no longer able to complete the master quest.

Defeat Waerloga the Dragonlord still appears in the quest list but he is gone from the map.

You can still finish the quest if you cast Escape or are wiped out and try again.
