[0.981] Glyph of Life

Just noticed the Glyph of life spell, which is supposed to grant Regeneration to stationed troops in a city... At the beginning of combat.. So what is the point of this now? ^_^

Either it is using a spell which have no effect, or the tooltip is wrong, I am not going to cast it and wait to be attacked.

I don't mind defending units having regeneration.  Attackers better bring enough to beat them.
