Battle Hammers are not available for Sovereign customization,  if I understand the xml correctly. In other words: Lord Markin is cheating! >:(

Gaunathor is correct.  I'm not planning to add code to address this case (sorry).

Will it be possible for modders?

Yes, it's easy to do.

I don't think it's possible for modders to do it because the screen has no support for showing/hiding things based on what traits you have. Gaunathor if you have a working way to do it, please share. It is someting I would be very interested in - for example a custom faction could have access to a special assortment of magical items.

I just meant making it available in general. Making it dependent on the presence of a tech is something I have no idea yet how to do. I'm just not that good of a modder. Still, I keep thinking about it.

Well I meant what Heavenfall thought, to have it upgraded by perks, since I might dwell in mods at some point in the future, in any case else, helping getting a few upgrades to the modding community probably will pay me back with some interesting mods at some point :P
