[.981] BUG Created nations using the race of MEN don't have a leather chest piece

I just created an empire with the race of men, and after researching leather armor, they don't have a chest piece.  I think this is because Athica has a replacement leather chest piece  but if you don't choose that nation trait, (wanderer?), then you are stuck without any leather chest piece for designing soldiers.

Interesting.  I always play as a custom Men faction, and have never had this issue.

If I understand the xml correctly, it seems, that the Heroic trait removes the leather cuirass and Wanderlust adds the athican leather cuirass. It would probably be better, if Wanderlust did both. In any case, the race is not the culprit. I just made a custom faction with men as the race and the leather cuirass is available.

Oh that makes sense, because I am playing a race of Men nation that does have heroic but doesn't have wanderlust.
