[0.981]new Bugs and UI issues

Here are the list of bugs, all from one playthrough on medium map with Tarth and challenging world/opponents.

1. Champions recruited under lvl 4 with a 'Path of Warrior/Mage' etc. get another at lvl 4. The champion specifically was Haiton from the summoning staff quest. I got him at like lvl 2-3 with path of the mage and then I gave him path of the governor at level 4.

2.If you capture/found a new city that causes an outpost resource being constructed to change to the new city, the old city will still try to build the improvement (and the time it takes jumps up to like 40 turns as well).

3. (Bug?) Is there a maximum number of quests you can have at a time? My sovereign was exploring while I had 4-5 active quests, and then when I tried to pick up another humble inn as well as a refugee quest nothing happened at all. Note that I had a humble inn quest from a different location already.

4. (UI issue). I'm a fairly new player and before this patch I had focused entirely on death stacks of champions instead of armies. Now that I'm going further down the civ tech tree I came across group, company etc. as something these techs unlock. They have no tool-tip and it's not clear what they unlock until you research them. Much to my surprise they are essential to army building strategies!

5. (Bug?) During the master quest (shrine of samara), if you reach the camp of the darkling shaman, and choose the option 'abandon quest' the first gate will open automatically. Is this intended?

6. The quest on the ancient dungeon where a chained man turns into a demon didn't trigger any reward after defeating him (or if it did no victory message showed up telling you what you've obtained).

7.(Bug?) For the wildlands this game I got ruined Imperium, which by the way looks awesome. However there was no titan inside. Also, when I cleared the strongest thing there, a death demon and his allies, the wildlands did not disappear.

8. In the ruined Imperium wildlands area, a lost library goodie hut was built into the impassible walls of the dungeon.

That was just from one playthrough! I hope quests in general become more stable moving forward.

1. No comment.

2. Also can cause a re-distribution of certain advantages that a player does not want to happen in the case of who gets what extra grain and materials.

3. Yes.  I thought it was capped at 4.  Not sure how wildlands quest stack since you get it by stepping on a tile inside one.

4. Death Stacks of Champions shouldn't be the way to go.  Perhaps an entry in the Hiergamanon on the matter.  Not everyone has been around a long time with it and things like this give a perspective how someone new looks at it.  Some of us may be in an Elemental Bubble since we have been testing quite a while.   (Speaking for self here at least )

5,6 No comment/experience with the subject.

7. I thought the goal on that one was to found a city there?

8. Ack. Some kind of bug for letting that happen.
