[Bug] Noble Legacy does not give Hit Points

Had Iriel wandering around on his own, and recently came into control of an earth shard.  It should give him +1 hp, from 17 to 18, but it did not.  I had no other shards at the time.

Noble Legacy is a combat-only ability. It doesn't work on the strategic map.

I know, and I noticed this bug when I was in combat.  After he cast Noble Legacy, his hit points remained the same, when he should have gained 1.

That's weird. I've been playing as Pariden in my last game and Noble Legacy work flawlessly.
