[0.981 Bug] Can't train Monks after researching Charms

I'm on the .981 version labelled "c2" in the update file name.

I researched Charms, which is supposed to make the Monk unit available.  However, when I try to train a unit, Monk is not listed as one of the choices, and is also not listed as one of the existing units in the design units dialog.

After researching Training, I can now train Monks.  If the pre-req tech is intended, perhaps it should be made more clear to the player.

Arh thats it, (Tried researching charms and could not train monks either).

I really don't like that unit's are showing up there, mostly since I cannot really see what the units do, and most pre-designed units aren't all that good.

But yes, it should be reflected that you also needs "Training" to build monks, when they show off the research tree.
