No Steam Cloud Saves?

I can't access my Steam Cloud saves, there is no option in the menu for them. There is no tick-box for save to cloud, no tab in save game type.

Bug?

Intended?

Intended, I believe they're trying to fix the issue that cause the game to crash sometimes when you cloud save.
