i'm using windows xp pro how do i scan the regitstry for errors.

/me ain't no expert but...

...you can't. Define error. Incorrect settings, not an error, plain data. Corrupt registry, definitely an error, but Windows will notice this at startup and refuse to boot (or use an older registry or so).

Then again, I may be wrong.
