[.98 Bug?] AI has crazy amounts of Gildar - (nevermind, by design apparently)

Playing against ridiculous AI opponents and it is still fairly early in the game, and all of my AI opponents have insane amounts of money:

This was my weakest opponent. By comparison, I have 162 gildar.

and thats why its ridiculous ai, they start with 150 000 gildar

really? lol

By significant economic advantage, I was thinking they had like a +2 gildar per turn or something.
