[.98][BUG] Tatical Music changes when looking at details...

When you enter a tatical battle intense music is playing for the battle, but if you look at the details of your opponent (or anyone) the music turns to the strategic map music. This really should maintain music continuity when looking at details in strategic view vs. tatical view.
