Attempt to fix issue where the AI will offer you tribute but the title of the dialog says "demand tribute"
I can live with that.
Not so fast, in my case it was the "offer" that was wrong, as evident by me losing money after the deal was signed:
In either case, the attempt wasn't entirely successful it seems.
