Hey, maybe I'm just being blind, but I'm trying to find someplace that lists in detail what some of the traits do. Most specifically, the traits that boost XP for "the army", such as the general trait. Does this boost XP earned for heros, does it boost the XP for the Sovereign him(her)self? Or does it only work for trained troops? Thanks everyone.
It works for everyone in he army, including the champion and other champions. This goes for both "general" and erm ... that other one.

In addition, all these traits boost the XP given by the spell Paragon (the base amount given is always the amount that would boost the target Champion from the start of their current level to the start of their next level).
They will also stack with the potential trait, and themselves. This means an army of henchmen with training and the bard starting trait will powerlevel a character like nobody's business. It's my personal favorite tactic.
