Started a game as Altar and could not see anywhere to settle at all around the starting position. Walked for a couple of rounds to east and west and still found nothing. Should not happen I guess?

Thanks a lot. That did the trick. I have tile yields again. 

Just to repeat. I had no mods installed at all.
