[0.98][bug] windows logon screen freezes the game

Another fairly known issues still not fixed, and deserving another bug report.

It's enough to press Microsoft+L or ctrl+alt+del or wait for a screensaver to start, the game will freeze.

Let me assure you that this is a game breaker for me and many others, that cannot allow themselves to sink into the game for many hours straight, but instead push a turn or part of it at a time, when they can. This can be crippling in turns with large tactical battles, that has to be foguht time after time after time on a bad streak cause the last autosave is always before last battle.
