[.98][Cosmetic] Unit picture updates damage before damage is displayed.

When attacking in tactical battles the healthbar above the unit updates at the correct time, but the picture in the lower left hand corner does not. See picture

still present in .981. I noticed that this occurs with melee attacks; not bow ranged attacks. (can't say about staves at this point though).
