[BUG] quest scroll generates a quest camp (strong) or ancient dungeon (strong) that are not activated by a champion

Repeating the use of the Altar quest scroll has generated several quests. Most of these act normally for about the first 5 usages. After that the quest location become inactive. Meaning that when a sovereign or a champion walk over the or onto the quest there is no prompt to start the quest.

Yes, this is one of the frustrating issues that have been with us forever, but must ABSOLUTELY, POSITIVELY be gone before release.  All the problems with save games, with simultaneous moves, with henchmen... and my personal favorite, the "Regeneration" spell that has to be recast to take advantage of new Life Shards.

I noticed that I got the same quest that I already had. It was a shard that had to be "cleaned out" The second one would never activate, even after I finished the first one. This was also from scrolls.

Actually, the assassin's blade quest works for me.  Over & over.  So now I have several Druss Blades in my current .952 campaign.  You have to kill the innocent good guy and return to the quest start point.  Not sure, but I suspect you may still have to be carrying the assassin's blade when you come back -- might be a mistake to sell it or hand it off to another champ.

This makes it one of the best quest scrolls around.  Repeats, not dud.  And the Druss Blade is pretty good.
