[.952][Bug] Butcherman duplicates itself, but didn't kill anyone.

I just fought some butchermen and had regeneration cast on my sovereign. The butcherman attacked me and "killed" me, but I regenerated back 1 health and so I was alive.

I do not know what you are going to consider the bug here, but I consider not being dead and the butcherman gets an extra person a bug.
