How can I get the Scrying Pool when creating a custom leader/faction? (Answered)

I've been playing FE for a few games now and want to up the difficulty level. I like the faction unique building option of the Scrying Pool, and want to make sure my new leader/faction gets this, but I can't seem to figure out what triggers it. I've always had it as an option in my games before playing as a unique new Kingdom faction, assuming it's a Kingdom feature. But now I'm choosing again to play as Kingdom, and I'm not getting the Scrying Pool unique building feature. I've tried reselecting other features I tend to choose, but I'm not managing to get the Scrying Pool back. The only real thing I'm doing different than all my other games, but do not wish to change, is to play as a female leader this time, but that should hardly have any effect. Anyone know what leader of faction feature determines whether you get to build the unique building Scrying Pool? Thanks if you know how!

I just created a bunch of sovereigns to find out.  It's the "Enchanters" faction trait.  It's even dependent on your faction color so mine was baby-puke green.

Get the Enchanters faction trait

Which is probably the second best overall trait after master scouts, +1 essence at the start gives every city enchanted hammers not to mention its long term benefits, or the tomes, or the nice ranged staff. Ok so maybe its the best trait overall since master scouts is basically just cheating.

The enchanters tooltip doesn't fit in the UI so no one knows how to get this trait.

"Enchanters" you say. Now that you mention it, that might be a trait I used to pick often, and might have forgotten to try and pick in my permutations. Yes! It works. Thanks so much....and a 3 essence starting location: my earth worshipping hippy army is off on a good start!

End of Jam3's quote

Enchanters only gives you the extra essence via the scrying pool.  The only way you get the enchanted hammers spell is with Earth1.  Just a reminder.
