My final feature request before Beta 5 - Its the monsters

Could we pretty please with sugar on top have a slider for monster aggresiveness? As it stands now, the monsters do not punish expansion, they dont come for you ever and they dont defend their area. I want a slider like

Docile - Tame - Normal - Roaming - Aggressive - Nasty

:')

And bring Umber back !  :troll:

I most definitely endorse this request. There does need to be some option to make the monsters want to kill everything in sight. Also possibly a monster strength slider? I know that you can change the 'density' of monsters which is great, but having an option to have the monsters be stronger individually, and to have them be more aggressive would be awesome!

MIdnightFX I believe you can achieve half of your desired effect by raising the map difficulty, and taking the AI's difficulty down.

I.e. if you set the map difficulty on 'Insane' on the first page, and then go in and set the AI's specific difficulty to "Challenging" you will end up with monsters that have 3 times the HPs of yours and the other nations' troops.

That is an interesting idea, I have not actually tried that. I will do as such, I normally play on challenging but keep the AI exactly in line with that.

Asides from increased HP what other effects will be in-place?

Perhaps this slider could also adjust the size of lair zones of control, assuming the game devs have read the suggestions about this and are planning on implementing it (PLEASE!!!).
