[.952] Does anybody else's game suffer from frequent chunking?

I'm experiencing more performance slow downs in .952 than I was in previous versions. Anybody else? It happens in both tactical battles and while on the strategic map. How much will my home network performance affect this?

I too am sometimes experiencing slow downs, but I have not played any previous versions to make a comparison.
