Every time when I am founding item, I have only two options for it - equip it or put away (ok, actually it's 3 - trade, if I have 2 heroes in one place). But why I don't see comparable stats? Ok, I found new weapon, new cloak or new helmet - must I equip it or keep my old one? I don't know.

I see two ways to solve it: either show old item that will be exchanged near "Equip" button, in FF-like style - or open full equipping interface for me to compare manually. Can it be done as menu option?

I agree they should just change the Equip button to the inventory one and the problem is solved. It is very annoying right now, since you have to click OK, than enter the inventory in order to compare items.
